Agreement

By accessing susanjill.com or the SusanJill agent portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

SusanJill provides tools for real estate agents including client relationship tracking, outreach workflows, content management, and related features. Features may change during beta. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or non-payment when billing is introduced.

Agent accounts

Portal access is by invitation and email allowlist only. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account and all activity under your login. You must be a licensed real estate professional or authorized team member where applicable.

Client data & compliance

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of contact and client data you enter. You must comply with applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, fair housing, MLS rules, and brokerage policies. SusanJill is a tool; you control what messages you send and when.

Acceptable use

You may not: • Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purposes. • Attempt to breach security or access other users' data. • Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

SusanJill software, branding, and default content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your business data and custom content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to operate the service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS, LEADS, OR COMPLIANCE OUTCOMES.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUSANJILL AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO FEES APPLIED).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or operational necessity. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (liability limits, data responsibilities) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kansas unless otherwise required by law. (Placeholder — confirm with counsel.)
