Who we are
SusanJill ("we," "us") operates susanjill.com and the SusanJill agent portal for licensed real estate professionals and their clients in Kansas and Missouri. The service is operated by the SusanJill team (contact: [email protected] — update when final).
Information we collect
We may collect: • Account data — name, email, and Google sign-in identifier for agents approved on our allowlist. • Client and sphere data — names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and relationship context that agents enter or import with operator assistance. • Lead capture data — information submitted on public forms (e.g. seller guide signup, /serve intake). • Usage data — pages visited and actions in the portal via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) when enabled. • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and logs needed for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use information to: • Provide and improve the agent portal and public site. • Send operational emails (e.g. daily Today summary, lead notifications) when configured. • Authenticate agents and enforce access controls. • Comply with law and protect against abuse. We do not sell personal information. We do not use client contact data for unrelated advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the product, such as: • Hosting and database (e.g. DigitalOcean, Supabase) • Email delivery (Resend) • Authentication (Google) • Error monitoring (when enabled) These providers process data under their terms and our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & security
We retain data while an agent account is active and as needed for backup, legal, or operational purposes. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections, access controls, and allowlisted agent login. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
Agents may request correction or deletion of account-related data by contacting us. Clients who submitted information through a public form may contact the agent or [email protected] to request access or deletion, subject to the agent's business and legal obligations.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through the portal or email.
